As a Private Community Social Worker, Lauren offers Seniors and their families on site needs and placement assessments, with recommendations for the best option. This assists Seniors and their families to make informed decisions and better understand the options and implications of staying in the community versus applying to different levels of placement. Lauren can continue to support the Senior and their family in accessing the resources that they may require in order to meet the Senior’s needs, both immediate and long term.

Lauren worked for over 30 years as a Social Worker in Long Term Care with the City of Toronto.  She is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Lauren has the experience to provide insightful assessments, looking at the needs and best interest of the client. She also has extensive knowledge of available resources and the processes to accessing them.

• Assistance with accessing services as required
