Keeping your skin safe from the harmful rays is crucial! It is also important to stay hydrated. Dehydration for seniors can be deadly, so please be prepared before heading out on any outings!

There are many destinations across Canada that offer a senior a trip worth planning. Canada is a vast country offering many travel hotspots for seniors from West Coast to East Coast! Perhaps you would prefer to travel the US. One of our favorite spots is Santa Fe, New Mexico. It is an ideal location for active seniors.
